Tour of the Western isles: North Uist (Saturday 6th August)
Fading light over one of the many lochans on North Uist
The weather was kind to us for a second day. Although it was a bit grey early on it cleared up progressively during the day. We spent the day exploring Benbecula and North Uist.
North Uist Folly with faint shadow of Saint Kilda between the two islands – you may have to take my word for it!
