Le temps des cerises (100% Cabernet Franc) is Domaine de la Noblaie's cuvée printemps (Spring wine). These Spring cuvées should be all about attractive, youthful fruit with light, soft tannins – ready to drink now to celebrate the passing of winter and the arrival of spring.
The 2017 Le temps des cerises is a very good example of a cuvée printemps with its delicious, lightly crunchy pure fruit and good balance of fruit and freshness in the finish. This is a wine to share and enjoy with friends – it is all too likely that the contents will disappear remarkably quickly.....! Another example of Jérôme Billard's wine-making skills.
