Les Affranchis à Montpellier: 26th and 27th January 2014

Here is a possible date for your diary. A Millésime Bio 'off' event on the day before (Sunday) and on the Monday of Millésime Bio held at Château de Flaugergues, Montpellier. I went to the Sunday edition back in January this year and it was such a terrible bunfight that I left. Hopefully the organisers will have more space for their 2014 event. If not, it will be a waste time and money as unfortunately this year it was impossible to taste seriously.

There are a number of Loire producers present: Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme (Puzelat-Bonhomme), Agnès & Jacques Carroget (Domaine de la Paonnerie), Benoît Courault, Nathalie Gaubicher (Domaine Le Briseau), Françoise & Philippe Gourdon (Château Tour Grise), Emile Hérédia (Domaine de Montrieux), Olivier Lemasson (Les Vins Contés), Noëlla Morantin, Agnes & René Mosse, Marc Pesnot (Domaine de la Sénéchalière), Géraldine & Christopher Pialoux (Le Picatier), Pascale & François Plouzeau (Domaine de la Garrelière), Pascal Potaire & Moses Gadouche (Les Capriades), Franz Saumon (Un saumon dans la Loire), Philippe Tessier, Marie Thibault (Domaine Marie Thibault-Cabrit), Christian Venier and Hervé Villemade plus Ludovic & Stéphane Hardouin (La Pigeonnelle – a micro-brewery in Céré-la-Ronde, Indre-et-Loire).
