I’m indebted to Otto Nieminen for pointing me towards Don Rice’s Contributions Toward a Bibliography of Loire Valley Wines and Viticulture (http://members.aol.com/loireindex/bibintro.html). This is an amazing piece of work and is way more complete than very modest claim made by the title 'Contributions Toward……..’ indicates.
