Bourgueil invades Tours: photos from the 8th edition in 2010

Photos from Bourgueil's invasion of central Tours in March 2010. I have only just got round to sorting these out, so I'm not sure I have got all the names right and would much appreciate any corrections or details if I have got names wrong – many thanks!

Vitiloire 2011: Tours – Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th May
Tours station
There will be more than 110 Loire producers at Vitiloire 2011 as well as 10 local chefs over the weekend of the 27th and 28th May. There will be stands on the Boulevard Heurteloup, Place de la Gare and in the Jardin de la Préfecture. Full details here including list of producers present.

High speed rail from Tours -Bordeaux
Work has just started on the LGV (ligne à grande vitesse) from Tours to Bordeaux). This rail project will connect to the exist high speed rail line from Tours to Paris. When it opens in 2016 Paris to Bordeaux will take just 2 hours 5 minutes to cover the around 600 kms. Eventually there are plans to extend the high speed line down into Spain.
