1855: share price drops back to 0.05€

Château Grand Puy Lacoste: some en primeurs not delivered by 1855 

After rising to 0.07€ on the publication of more favourable results for 2011, the price of shares in 1855 has now fallen back to a low of 0.05€ with trading in the range 0.06€ and 0.05€. Presumably this may reflect the number of clients awaiting their en primeur Bordeaux, the number of pending court cases against 1855 and the growing evidence that some suppliers are not being paid.

1855 affiche un retour aux bénéfices pour 2011 : 

'(AOF) - 1855, le distributeur de vins sur Internet ne connaît pas la crise. En effet, le négociant en vin a fait état d'une hausse de son chiffre d'affaires de 32,9% sur l'exercice 2011 soit 16,481 millions d'euros. Le résultat opérationnel du groupe est passé de 180 000 euros en 2010 à 1,462 millions d'euros pour 2011 soit respectivement 1,5% du chiffre d'affaires à 8,9% en 2011. Le résultat net est prometteur également : 1855 qui avait annoncé une perte de 209 000 euros en 2010 a affiché un retour aux bénéfices audacieux pour 2011 de 1,110 million d'euros.'

Shares in 1855 are now trading between 0.06€ and 0.07€ a share.

Question for Fabien Hyon, Emeric Sauty de Chalon and Les Répressions des Fraudes: 

If 1855 made a true profit of 1.11 million for 2011, how come so many of the company's customers have yet to receive their Bordeaux en primeurs dating back even to 2002 and why is it facing several hundred court cases brought by their furious customers?

Janisson says they are blocking six orders from 1855 as they are still awaiting payment of wine bills from November 2011 and January 2012.
