CWW Master Class – Champagne Charles Heidsieck – Cyril Brun

Cyril Brun, cellar master for
Champagne Charles Heidsieck

As is now traditional The Circle of Wine Writers held our Master Class on the opening morning (Tuesday 3rd May 2016) of the London Wine Trade Fair – back at Olympia for the second successive year. Called 'Does size matter?' the session looked at the differences between the same Champagne in different sizes of bottle.

Our thanks to Cyril Brun and Champagne Charles Heidsieck, Liberty Wines and Andrea Warren and Angela Reddin for organising the event.
