Bourgueil occupies Tours: Saturday 15th March 2014

On Saturday 15th March the Bourgueil producers will be back in the centre of Tours for their 12th edition of their Fêtes des Vins – de Bourgueil à Tours. The event starts at 10 am and finishes at 7pm. Bourgueil à Tours uses the little wooden huts along the centre of the Boulevard Heurteloup close to the Gare de Tours.

The tasting is out in the open, so hopefully it will be a mild dry day but anyway the Bourgueil producers are hardy folk like their wines with a touch of tannin! Whatever the weather this is a very good opportunity to taste recent vintages of Bourgueil and many producers will be be showing some of their 2013s.
