2012 Tall Ships Race: Lisbon

21 July: Santa Apolónia, Lisbon

We wandered down to Santa Apolónia, along with half of Lisbon, to admire the tall ships that had amassed for the 2012 Tall Ships Race. Here are some images to capture the occasion.

22 July: Cais do Sodre, Lisbon

The next day we sat by Cais do Sodre watching the ships as they let their sails unfurl on their journey down the Tagus towards the Atlantic.
