Domaine de Clairac (near Béziers): photos from a misty January visit in 2007

 Deborah Knowlands

Sorting out photos is a time consuming excercise, although it is often intriguing, reviving memories of past events – visits, etc. Here are some photos of a visit on a chilly, misty mid-January day in 2007 to the Domaine de Clairac a little to the north of Béziers. This was part of a press trip to Millésime Bio, which that year was held in Narbonne. Subsequently this increasingly popular wine show seems to have established a permanent home in Montpellier. The 2014 edition runs from Monday 27th to Wednesday 29th January.

The domaine has been organic since 1966
