Vitiloire 2012: some more photos and comment

As I explained in a previous post about last weekend's Vitiloire, I did not taste many wines here because it was so hot (30˚C). I did, however, taste three wines – 2006 Anjou Blanc, 2010 Coteaux du Layon and 2005 Quarts de Chaume – from Château de Suronde in the Quarts de Chaume. I particularly liked the rich and concentrated 2005 while the Anjou Blanc had good texture. 

Jean-Paul Robert bought Surone in 2004 from Francis Poirel. "We continue to work in the same way as Francis," Jean Paul told me.
