You know how the French call a dick, Jim: a “biroute”. Therefore, you need twin toilets.
My father, a middle child of eight children, lived in a house in the 1930's which had a "twinned toilet".
It was shared toilet with the next door neighbours and at the top of the garden. It comprised a double thunderbox, side-by-side !!
I guess that's not quite the same thing. LOL !!
