The 2007 Carruades de Lafite that Fabien Hyon (chief operating officer of 1855) promised would be delivered by the end of 2010 have not yet arrived, although I know one of the customers awaiting this wine received an email last week from Hyon saying that the wine was on its way.
If you are owed wine by 1855 please contact me on jim@investdrinks.org Many thanks.

Today I have received some correspondence from someone who was having problems receiving wine ordered from 1855 and an email from Christian Brocheton to Fabien Hyon at 1855 solved the problem.

thanks for posting this. I am in the same situation havng problem with 1855.com Will contact you shortly through your email address
Janet. Sorry to hear this. Look forward to receiving your email.
I ordered wine at 1855.com this year and yes: they did not deliver. Only after threatening them with legal pursuit, some boxes arrived. I think they take money from new customers to deliver older customers. So it's a pyramid game, very dangerous. Their stocks have fallen to 14 eurocents. And finally: yes, the Mr. Brocheton-way really works.
Hi Jim, until today, I still have 36 bottles outstanding from 1855.com. V annoying indeed. They offered to refund but from the price I bought at that time. And of course I don't accept that. Now just wrote to them again and copied in Christian Brocheton. Wish me luck.
Janet. Certainly will. Let me know how you get on. Jim
