2017 Millésime Bio 0 (?) – 2017 Biotop 1 – half-time score

'Nous ne pouvons donner suite à votre demande.
Les Salon MILLESIME BIO est strictment réservé aux professionnels des métiers d'achats du vin (négociants, courtiers, caviste, sommeliers, CHR, importateurs...)'

As in previous years I was looking forward to tasting wines at and reporting on Millésime Bio – this year in Marseille. Unfortunately it looks as though I will be spending more time than I anticipated at BioTop, which is at Marseille coinciding with Millésime Bio.

Rejection is often painful, although I suppose in this instance it may be related to Brexit – or perhaps my shirts do not quite meet L'Equipe MILLESIME BIO 2017's definition of being a professional ...

Fortunately there is a chance of a late reprieve as the PR company who looks after the press for Millésime Bio have invited me to register. Will keep you informed.......

À suivre....

Update: 27th January 2017
The good people of Claire de Lune, the PR company who look after the Press for Millésime Bio, have kindly sorted out, as in previous years, my Press Pass. Now it will be two days at Millésime Bio and one at BioTop.
