Tasting Sancerre while UK votes

The cross above Chavignol looking
towards the town of Sancerre

Off to Decanter's offices today to taste white Sancerre, while the UK votes on whether to stay on the EU or gamble on life being better outside led by Farage, Gove and Johnson.

I've voted to Remain in the European Union.

Do vote – in a referendum every vote counts.

The UK voters decided otherwise. But as far as I am concerned, as a Frenchman, and a European, the Brits are still part of the family! Like the Swiss and the Norwegians, for instance.
Treaties and politics are one thing (an the European Union can be disappointing at times as a political body), peoples's histories and shared experiences are another.
