Calling creditors of Soorat Singh/ Dunbar Fine Wine

Anyone owed wine or money by Soorat Singh, who ran Dunbar Fine Wine, should make a claim as soon as possible. Singh was sequestrated on 29th June 2009 and Gillian Thompson of KPMG was appointed to act as trustee. Details of where to make the claim are in the official notice below:

The estate of Soorat Singh, 29 John Muir Crescent, Dunbar EH42 1GE was sequestrated by the sheriff at Haddington Sheriff Court on 22 June 2009 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, hasbeen appointed to act as trustee on the sequestrated estate. Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to KPMG, Department 811, PO Box 26967, 191 West George Street, Glasgow G2 9DX acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 30 March 2009.
