Heavy metal on the net

Hervé Lalau, secretary general of FIJEV, has drawn my attention to an article from a new group called Les 4 Verites sur le vin that considers the scientific basis of various studies on the incidence of heavy metals in certain wines. They conclude that the studies lack rigour and that the methodology and the conclusions are flimsy. Read the article here.
