Nice collection of portraits, Jim. I used to frequent charming Philippe Cady a lot ... 20 years ago (snif). I give him my regards. Still have some of his wines. As of your David Guitton, he may like to hear he is the PERFECT look-alike of Christophe Comes, chef of the very best restaurant in our department (La Galinette). Would Christophe - or his ancestry - by chance have roamed around in the Layon area?
