Château de Chargé
Loire Valley Retreat, run by Jérôme & Charlotte Field, is kindly offering readers of Jim's Loire a 20% reduction on one week stays at Château de Chargé during June, September and October. I haven't visited the property but it has very positive reviews on Trip Advisor – 263 excellent travellers' ratings. The château is less than 15 minutes (just over 8 km) by car from Chinon.
