Potentially good news for Castel and other companies trading in China:

China's supreme court has suspended a CNY34m (US$5.6m) fine levied on French wine group Castel over a trademark dispute with a local producer in the country.

Dear Jim Loire, I have to correct you again and again and again...The information that you are posting is incorrect, We NEVER EVER have registered CASTEL in chinese characters in China, and our lawsuit is 100% under control...Once again, as I am always doing I am not going to reply your comments, cause I have better and important things to do...'International wine smartass' are unhappy cause you cannot control and you don't have any idea and voice about how the wine business in China runs...To understand China and the wine business here, you have to live here many years and travel around the whole entire country, promoting and selling wine.
