 2016 Cheninsolite, Anjou, Domaine Cady 

Attractive Chenin Blanc (AC Anjou Blanc) from Domaine Cady in the Layon Valley. The domaine is now run by Alexandre Cady. The 2016 has a touch of sweetness with a silky texture and well balanced with freshness in the finish and good length. The youthful 2016 Cheninsolite can be enjoyed now but can certianly be kept for a decade or more during which it is likely to gain in complexity.
