The 101 kilometres of the new Autoroute A19 that links Orléans with the Autoroute A6 and then eastwards towards Alsace or Metz and on into Germany to Frankfurt was opened to the public on Monday. There is also a junction with the A77 - Paris to Nevers road. The new motorway runs from Artenay to Courtenay. See video of the new autoroute here.
