A pheasant Sunday morning
Hen pheasant close by the house this morning – content to sit in the sun and clean herself.
What would you recommend with such a nice dish - I mean game.

Hervé. Patience will be required as it is the close season but a bottle of 1996 Le Grand Clos from Château de Villeneuve would be a fine partner.
