Cuvée des Chesnaies is Lamé Delisle Boucard's entry level Bourgueil. The 2015 is just delicious – dangerously so – soft, forward red fruits almost no tannin and a touch of acidity in the finish. Un vrai vin des copains. Further analysis is superfluous...... santé !
I'm looking forward to this wine. There's a shop in the Boston, Massachusetts area that has been carrying their wines for years. I have a large stock of their wines going back a decade; mostly the Cuvee Prestige. But I have liked this cuvee also, and hopefully will get a chance to try it.
