2014 Tour de France: will Nibali further distance rivals in Alps?

Stage 14: Grenoble to Risoul 177 kms

Today's second and last Alpine stage is the only one this year to be entirely in the Alps. After the long steady 34 kms climb up the Col du Lautaret the riders face the ascent to the top of the Col d'Izoard at 2360m the highest point of this year's Tour. Then it is a good 30 kms descent before the 12.6km climb to Risoul and the finish. Will this be another stage win for the dominant Vincenzo Nibali and will he put further time into his now increasingly distant rivals?
