The gentleman in the hat is Benoist Rey, our neighbour, former chef and author of Mieux Vaut Boire du Rouge que Broyer du Noir which he was selling at La Dive Bouteille a couple of years ago. He is very good friends with Sylvie Ogereau so is always present at La Dive.
