Semaine de Goût: proof that despite l’ANPAA France remains a civilised country

L'Ecole d'Epeigné-les-Bois: menu for pupils during week of the semaine du GOÛT
citing examples of the four tastes – sucre, salé, amer, acide)

This week has been the semaine du GOÛT – encouraging example evidence that France remains a civilised country despite the French Government's confusion over wine on the net and the comments of Patrick Elineau in the now infamous article in The Wine Spectator

'Speaking about the difficulty of policing the Internet, Elineau cited the Chinese government’s censorship of dissidents and Australia’s censorship of pornography and pedophilia as examples of ways the French could shut down discussion of wine in mediums such as Twitter and blogs. “When you see what happens with pro-Nazi websites, you see that there are ways of reacting,” said Elineau.'

In peaceful Epeigné-les-Bois the pupils will have enjoyed for Monday lunch, for example:

Salade Mexicane
Moelleux de volaille à la fondue d'endives
(Saveur amer)
Haricots beurre
Yaourt sucré
Kiwi
