Vignerons come in all sizes!: Joseph Paillé and Laurent Herlin
Both make good wine
Joël Menard: Domaine des Sablonnettes
Joël not impressed with INAO who declassified one of his cuvées of 2012 Coteaux du Layon because it is only 10.5% instead of the required 11%.

Fiona Beeston: Clos des Capucins, Chinon – journalist turned vigneronne
Fiona was showing her promising 2011 – her first vintage from this small Clos, which is just to the west of the Château de Chinon. The well structured 2011 probably needs another couple of years in bottle to show its best
