A relatively plentiful crop of Pineau d'Aunis
On Friday morning we dropped over to the Clos Roche Blanche in Mareuil-sur-Cher where they were picking the Pineau d'Aunis. Catherine Roussel: "It is our only variety where we have nearly a normal crop this year. Also we usually pick it after our Côt (Malbec) but this year it is ready before the Côt is properly ripe.
