  1. Congratulations Jim.

Some of the Bordeaux chateaux you have been 'featuring' recently have long-standing habits of drafting in Catalan villagers, or Dutch students, to pick the grapes. Do you also have an extensive team out in the vineyard?

  2. Chris. Very perceptive. We have a large team of many nationalities which enables us to harvest very quick allowing us to wait for the optimum 15 seconds. No need to make compromises.

  5. Crikey! Next year you will be having to get a team of Wwoofers in to deal with the bounty!

  6. Susan. How true! We are already starting the selection process to ensure that we will have the best pickers possible for the 2012 vintage. Selection for the Grand Vin will be ruthless!
