Scenes from Druid Street today

Mushrooms@Tony Booth's

Morilles@£35 a kilo
After fighting my way through the crowds at lunchtime yesterday in Borough Market to get to the Northfield Farm stall, it was a relief to go to Druid and Maltby Street to shop in comfort and space. All right the chicken from Northfield was excellent but the crowds were certainly a disincentive and having bought the chicken I only wanted out as quickly as possible and felt no desire to explore other stalls.
