It’s strawberry season allright, but I call it sabayon!
We regularly buy at Francueil so went up for their portes ouvertes --nice to see and obviously came home with some wine :-) Remembered your mention of Le Lézard Vert so went their for lunch. Nice place & good home cooked food.
