Where's the cheapest fuel in France?

From an article in La Nouvelle République yesterday on variations in the price of fuel and three sites that help you to find the cheapest fuel in a locality. For instance a litre of diesel at Super U in Montrichard is 1.179€, at Carrefour in Faverolles-sur-Cher it is 1.182€ while at the Total garage (Relais des Carrières on the D976) it is 1.306€.
