* I tasted the 2008 Coteau des Treilles, Anjou Blanc from Pithon-Paillé on Charles and Philippa Sydney's traditional Tuesday evening dinner with their producers. It is currently quite austere and mineral, although I expect with a little more time in bottle it will put on a bit more weight but keep the present purity of flavour.
