Unfortunately all the garlic producers are over the age of retirement – apparently there are no youngsters coming up to take their place.
what who doesn't want to grow garlic! Scapes are yummy and so is garlic, now if only more people made that Korean Fermented Stuff.

I agree it seems hard to believe and hope that the tradition of growing garlic around Bourgueil will not die out.
