I ordered some wines from this site on 6th May (being a dumba**), did a bit of homework on the site after I had made my order. Having found all the comments and your blog, I cancelled the order the same day. Needless to say? I am out over €2300 as they keep promising to send me a cheque. ANy advice you can give would be most helpful. Not sure how I will get my money back.
SanjaySeinfeldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14972915795824375620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-456611623448834500.post-83349240466684184402011-07-23T12:43:22.994+01:002011-07-23T12:43:22.994+01:00Dear Claude
Thanks for your message. Interesting ...Dear Claude

Thanks for your message. Interesting that you have paid TVA but not received your wines. This is unfortunately a frequent practice by 1855.

It may be a pity early but it is possible that you will have to consider legal action to force 1855 to deliver your wines.Jim's Loirehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06696024920441263899noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-456611623448834500.post-6842313227680214542011-07-22T15:29:00.623+01:002011-07-22T15:29:00.623+01:00Dear Jim's

(I'm also part of the 30 strong class action group as I'm owed 2005 Primeurs from 1855).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-456611623448834500.post-73315427715273001122011-05-21T11:25:52.553+01:002011-05-21T11:25:52.553+01:00Anon. If I may say so an extremely pertinent question.

These two clowns could order the 12 outstanding bottles of Château Beaulieu 'Comtes de Tastes' from Auchan, who would deliver it to 1855's offices or even HD's home address for a small fee.

However from long experience they know that the French authorities will continue to do nothing, so can virtually ignore Christian Brocheton.Jim's Loirehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06696024920441263899noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-456611623448834500.post-28423495862197644812011-05-20T07:31:55.115+01:002011-05-20T07:31:55.115+01:00I love your way to present this « saga », Jim.
