If La Répression des Fraudes does include 1855 why have they not investigated this company's regular practice of chargiing TVA on wines that they claim are about to be delivered but then are not delivered. La Répression should be checking how 1855 can charge TVA on goods they appear not to have bought.

Did they wreck the whole 2010 vintage for them? Was any kind of compensation given?
