Thank you, you’re a man who can keep his word. It sounds as if l’Olive is not back to its former glory, then? My second concern is about the pigeage. It’s always very presomptuous to tell colleagues what they should do, but pigeage only extracts harsh tannins when they are present. Picking later?

My impression is that the Coulys are not alone in being wary of the use of pigeage.
