Excuse me, can I ask you a question?
Why are thay use two-color boxes with at harvest time? What it for?
Thanks for your comment. I don't know why Antoine has chosen these particular boxes. However, these small boxes are used to pick into. They are then transported to the winery. Because there is only a small quantity of grapes in each box the fruit doesn't get squashed unlike if you tip everything into a trailer.
