The weather in Touraine continues to be fantastic – sunny and warm. Only problem is that it is a little too warm for Sauvignon, so when we caught up briefly with Vincent Roussely (Clos Roussely) he explained that he was starting to pick his Sauvignon Blanc at 4am in the morning, making sure the grapes were cool and preserving the aromas.
